Frances is your teacher at Blue Iris Yoga. She is also a mother, a daughter, a sister, a friend, a caretaker, and a worker. Classes with Frances help center and align the body and mind to relax and restore. She has practiced yoga for over two decades and is a graduate of Barnard College.
