Candlelight restorative classes begin with gently flowing sequences of seated and standing poses focused on opening up tight places in our bodies - the chest, shoulders, and hips - to create a space for the body to simply let go and rest.

Slow-flow-strength classes incorporate slow sun salutations with sequences of flowing yoga poses that emphasize our core strength - backs, abdomen, and glutes - into a brief cool down and restoring savasana.
